Fairytale Leader: Their 3 rules!

Here are the rules that I'm applying to my fairy-tale leader:

1. They must wear some sort of symbol, motif, emblem or crest representing themselves as the leader of a group/village/army on any part of their body.
2. They need to be wearing some sort of uniform - preferably in a frilly and flowing clothing style, even when they're male.
3. They have to be some kind of big, animal-human combination (for example: a centaur captain/mermaid queen/lion king ((haha)) with animal features, ETC.
